With this subscription you will have 6 new workout videos a week. You'll also have access to over 400 workout videos to use at any time. You'll have weekly guidance on when to complete your workouts and you will become a member of a fitness comrade. You will have access and be able to participate in group messaging with ALL members of the group. A GREAT way to keep each other motivated. Additionally, I will be encouraging you, following your progress and checking in with you weekly. You can message me in in-app messaging with specific questions at any time. This is WAY more than a dump of workout videos, I WILL keep you on track! Like Data? Your Fitbit and/or Apple Watch will integrate with Trainerize! You will be able to track your stats, take progress photos and create fitness targets/goals. I will work with you to create habits for behavior change. This is a beginners program designed to thoughtfully guide you from mobility training to strength training. I ask that you remain patient as we journey through the next 19 weeks to get you ready to include strength training as a lifestyle. This program is designed to help minimize potential injuries and improve strength. We will spend several weeks in each training phase: 1) 3 weeks in Mobility & Stability, 2) 6 weeks in Stability, Balance & Bodyweight, 3) 4 weeks in Strength and 4) 6 weeks in Combination Strength. You will be downloading my Valley Fit App (through Trainerize) and will receive LOADS of information once on the App. Don’t worry I will be with you EVERY STEP of the way. I will be your trainer. This program is $30 a month. You may cancel at anytime. Additional Information: Please follow the workouts in the order of which they are given. If you miss a day, it's completely fine, just pick up where you left off. Please read the description prior to starting the workout. You need NO dumbbells during the first 9 weeks. You may need furniture (chair), yoga mat (if you don't have a soft surface) and perhaps some sort of padding for your knees. Eventually you will need a set of resistance bands (If you do not own a set of resistance loop bands please let me know) and you will need dumbbells. You and I will communicate often. I WILL hold you accountable and assist you in every way possible. Now....let's get started!
Virtual Personal training sessions are individualized to fit your needs and goals. Workouts will be given via app BUT I'm very willing to work with alternative ways to provide your workouts for you (even paper is an option). You will always have me in your back pocket to guide you weekly (and even daily, if you need me). I HIGHLY recommend 2 months to feel and see results AND to make fitness a habit.

What to expect from my Personal Running Coach services: 1. personalized weekly and/or monthly individualized training program 2. instruction and performance of running drills to improve form, speed and efficiency 3. instruction for injury prevention exercises for the most common running injuries 4. personalized weekly workouts to achieve a particular goal (race distance and finishing time) 5. One on one attention for all your workouts (track, tempo, intervals, etc.) road runs and cross training sessions with Valley Fit. 6. personal running coach will attend all workouts (I will run/walk beside you, ride a bike or station myslef accordingly for track/interval work) if that is what the client desires. 7. personalized attention, instruction, and guidance of weight training exercises for runners (mostly weight bearing with very little need for equipment) 8. injury management – what to do if a little soreness progress to slight pain and how to adjust your training and focus on getting 100% healthy. 9. season planning (schedule an effective season with well-planned tune-up races) 10. race strategy (pacing, tactics, and course-specific advice for goal races) 11. open communication with your personal coach 24-7 via email, text or phone calls. Locations: Workouts and runs are located at multiple locations depending upon the scheduled workout, distance of run scheduled, weather and your individual needs.
