Discover.(m)E is a 60-minute one-on-one session designed to uncover what’s truly been holding you back from reaching your health and fitness goals. Together, we explore your lifestyle, stressors, medical and injury history, habits, mindset, and readiness for change. This isn’t just about workouts — it’s about understanding you, so we can create a realistic path forward that fits your life. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a plan that finally makes sense.
Add-on Creation of an at home workout that gets added for individuals with recurring services and wanting more than what their package already offers. Cancelations require a notice as per the Terms of Service. Please request a copy of the Terms of Service if it does not populate when making your purchase.
At Vibrainium Fitness, our mission is to elevate the entire fitness experience—mind, body, and performance—through movement, education, and a deep understanding of how the body works, while always operating within our scope of practice and highest professional standards.
We are a team of personal trainers who live and breathe movement. Our approach is nervous-system-informed, structured, and data-driven, using fitness as the primary tool for sustainable behavior change. Training blends evidence-based methods with real-world experience, compassion, and accountability to help individuals build strength, confidence, and long-term consistency.
Our methods integrate powerlifting and strength fundamentals, corrective exercise principles, Pilates-inspired movement, spin conditioning, and applied movement concepts informed by martial arts and tai chi. Sessions emphasize body awareness, coordination, control, and learning how to use the gym safely and effectively.
Supportive restorative, sensory, and mindfulness-based practices may also be incorporated as optional tools to enhance focus, recovery, and overall training experience. Training is available in person, online, or through a hybrid format.
