Join me for an inspiring Nature Yoga & Hike where we will immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature through our four senses. The trail will be relatively easy to moderate, stretching approximately 2 miles. Along our journey, we will pause several times to appreciate our surroundings and Mother Nature. Towards the end of the hike, we will dedicate extra time to deepen our connection with nature while practicing some fundamental yoga poses.

In this Myofascial Yoga class, we will explore various techniques designed to release fascia, inhibit overactive muscles, and enhance the depth of your stretches. We will utilize a massage gun, foam roller, and tennis ball for self-myofascial release, followed by deep restorative yoga poses to lengthen and relax areas of tension.
Train with me at my personal gym. In this training session we will complete assessments and work on your own personal routine. We will correct your form and make any necessary adjustments to help your successfully complete your workout.
