Formally known as Reed’s Wellness and Fitness Training, Joshua closed shop in 2019 to travel the world. Upon returning, he has since been a health coach for a weight loss app, Noom, where he helped hundreds of individuals achieve their ultimate goal. His unstoppable energy, deep passion for helping as many individuals as possible reach their fitness goals and client-centered teaching style have made him a successful personal trainer both in person and online. Joshua’s style of training and science-based approach stems from over ten years of experience, including his ACSM Personal Training Certification, Pn1 Nutrition Certification, his Online Trainer Academy Certification, Pre- & Post-Natal Certification, and his time spent studying Adult Fitness & Wellness at Eastern Kentucky University, and Biomechanics at the University of Kentucky. His level of fitness and mindset has allowed him to compete in the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships, several Ultramarathons (from 32 to 100 miles), and over 12+ Full-Marathons. Joshua’s experience studying Biomechanics at the University of Kentucky has led him to an interest in not only studying how individuals move correctly but more specifically, spine & running mechanics and injury prevention. He takes great pride in giving clients the attention and results they deserve by staying up-to-date with research and true-and-tried methods. Joshua thoroughly enjoys getting to follow his passion for helping other individuals live fitter and healthier lifestyles. Not only does each individual walk away learning something new, but they learn in such a way that they are set up for long-term, sustainable success.
