My passion for coaching and personal training started as I went through my own fitness journey; after many years struggling with dieting and negative body image, I now strive to inspire people to take a different, more sustainable approach to their wellness journeys, making them more enjoyable and most importantly long-lasting.

With my programmes I aim to help my clients reframe their mindset towards fitness, food and body image in order to achieve their goals without restrictions and ultimately regain confidence.
