Be sure to download and set up your account then reserve your spot into a session. **CLASSES** are held Monday through Friday at the following times: 5:15 am, 6:00 am, 6:45 am, 9:15 am, 5:30 pm, and 6:15 pm. On Saturdays, you can join us at either 8:00 am or 9:00 am.
