Hello, I’m Marquez. I’ve been training clients and teams since 2015. I have an MS degree in Exercise Science, and I’m certified in stretching and flexibility, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching.

It is my goal to help everyone feel comfortable not only in their own skin but in the gym as well. My philosophy is that if you look good, you feel good, and if you feel good, you play good.

Through the right coaching and guidance, we can all be more effective and have more confidence in our daily lives. The Lab has given me the tools to help all people looking to perform as their best selves.
