This includes an idea submission and feedback service, checks & 1-1 messaging to accompany a full bespoke programme designed to meet your goals. Workouts, HIIT, WOD's, Stretching routines are all dictated by your goals and level of commitment. The programme lasts 12-16 weeks. I became a PT due to an injury I had and gained a huge interest in fixing my injury and then helping others fix thiers and improve their life though that.
I enjoy, funstional training. I believe this is a combination of becoming more mobile, stronger and fitter! Usually as a biproduct of these areas great fat loss can occur.
In my spare time i enjoy iceskating, rock climbing, hiking and cooking.
