Mary and Jon, this is a 4 week plan. It is broken up into two cardio/metabolic days and two resistance days. Please let me now ASAP if you want a third resistance day, but it would look like this: Mon (metabolic), Tuesday (Full Body 1), Wednesday (off), Thursday (Full body 2), Friday (cardio)
