Hybrid fitness coaching: - 2 in-person (Austin only) or virtual sessions - workout programming - nutrition coaching
Four in-person 60-minute sessions once weekly. Includes macro plan and workouts to complete outside of 1:1 sessions
Every month you will get 4 session credits for PT session (expire after 1 month)
In-Person training, two times/week for three months. Includes customized training program, app access, fitness progress tracking and management.
Every 3 months you will get 24 session credits for PT session (expire after 3 months)
Certificate for gifting the 3-month hormone coaching intensive to the midlife woman you love and support. You will receive a printable gift certificate for her stocking in your email, which will allow the holder to set up a consultation call. Program includes 24-hour access to coaching app, customized workouts, nutrition coaching, and professional hormone coaching to support through the menopause transition.
