    FANCY A TOUGHER CHALLENGE? Take on the couch to 5k challenge where you can shed weight, improve your body composition and develop healthier habits to run a 5K in 6 weeks.  This challenge is for anyone that doesn't want to fully commit to 1-1 coaching, but wants a taster of what results they can achieve.  The couch to 5K plan is designed to help you get introduced to running for an approachable distance. Whether you'd like to do your runs on a treadmill or outdoors is up to you. You'll be running 3 days per week, with increasing levels of output over a 6 week period. The 5k run will happen in just 45 days, so it's time to get started!

Beyond the physical benefits, the 30-Day Get Moving Challenge will focus on improving your overall health, your relationship with food and your daly routine. This program lasts for 30 days and includes: - A daily walking progress that alternates in intensity and duration, building to two-hour long high intensity walks at the end of the 30 days. Online Weight Loss and Mindset Coach specialising in helping people in frustrating situations to discover a positive and beneficial way to change their lives.

I've been training as a personal trainer for many years and have always had a passion and drive for fitness and health. However my other passion has been mindset coaching and really turning negative situations in to positive experiences. Too many times we let our emotions and our negative thoughts over take the great work we put in to out health day in and day out.

As someone who has struggled over the years with my own mental health, I strive to help people get a rounded and more positive experience when it comes to their own health.

At JV Health we focus on challenging our way of thinking, building up productive and beneficial daily habits, working on our train of thought, our sleep cycle, our goal building and then combining this seamlessly with a more active and fulfilling lifestyle, involving nutrition and training.

Our goal is not to just get you in the best shape of your life physically, we want to make sure you are also their emotionally and mentally. We want to make sure you appreciate and love the best version of you.
