My name is Elisabeth and I am the founder of Muse Fitness. I am the mother of three children ages 32, 27 and 19. I am also the proud grandmother to twin grandsons! My passion for fitness and dance began at a very young age. Dancing ballet since the age of 2, I learned the discipline it takes to master a skill early in life. Entering the school of the arts in grade 9, I added Jazz and Modern to my love of dance.

My name is Elisabeth, and I am the founder of Muse Fitness. With over 30 years in the fitness industry and 17+ years in pole fitness, I have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their goals. My passion for dance began with ballet at age 2, later expanding to Jazz and Modern at a school of the arts.

While studying at the University of Toronto, I began teaching fitness classes and became a personal trainer. I later managed a group fitness department and competed in fitness competitions, winning multiple bodybuilding competitions in the bikini division, including placing 3rd at a national competition in 2023.

Pole dancing became a passion 15 years ago, blending strength, sensuality, and athleticism. I've been teaching pole for over 12 years, developed the Live Once pole fitness certification, and created best-selling instructional DVDs. As a Board Member of the Movement Arts Academy (formerly CPFA), I have judged and organized national championships and the first-ever Canadian Pole Fitness convention.

Helping clients reach their personal and physical goals remains my greatest reward, and I continue to be inspired by their journeys.
