Once purchased, it will take about a week to create and the 6 months will begin on the date that the program is built and sent to you. All workouts will be found on this app. This option is for those that want the workouts and are also looking for the accountability. Once purchased, a 30 minute phone call will be scheduled where we will go over your goals and what you’re looking for in a program, and then from there you’ll have access to message me throughout the program.
