In this 90 minute appointment we will: - establish clear goals and markers for progress - get a baseline for your mobility and stability at key joints like the hip, ankle and shoulder - relate your current control and access to movement to your current challenges - identify 2-3 opportunities for improvement - layout a pathway to progress! All assessments include an extensive follow up with video analysis and recommendations for next steps regardless of whether you choose to continue your Resurgence with me or alone.
