Well, hello there! I'm Krista Stubbs and I'm so glad that you've found me! A little bit about me in a nutshell...

I have had a lot of life happen (as I know most of us have). I went through severe childhood trauma, losing my parent to ALS, a divorce, being diagnosed with an autoimmune (Hashimotos) adrenal fatigue, then more, Lupus, RA, all within the scope of Mixed Multiple Connective Tissue Disorder. I've been to many natural doctors, and conventional doctors, and never found healing. I always had that constant fatigue, joint pain, chronic inflammation, and random rashes. I have had my Hashimoto's in remission for 3 years now, and no medications for my thyroid. Something I was told I could never do.

I have a fire within me to help others along their journey. To bring a life free from living in the chains of illnesses. I will be there helping you along your healing journey. Whether it's to lose weight with training and nutrition or to really dig deep to find the root causes of your chronic illnesses (anxiety, depression, autoimmune diseases, PCOS, etc) then I'm your girl. I will fight the fight with you. Healing CAN happen!
