Coach Nora is a certified trainer, with specialities in corrective exercise, behavior change and weight loss from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

She put her passion and skills to work for a number of leading brands including Revolution Fitness, Energy Fitness, Quest, Built Bar and Lululemon.

She is also the mother of six grown children who she can proudly say all workout in the gym daily. ❤️
