Welcome to Rise Coaching and my training trial, I'm very excited to have you here. The idea of this trial is to give you an opportunity to try out my app, experience how online training could work for you and give a little taster of what it would be like to work with me. This is a 7 day training program however you'll have access to it for 2 weeks and you can move the sessions around within the calendar to suit your schedule. The workouts are a combination of strength and cardio sessions and contain suggestions for exercise substitutions to enable you to can easily adapt them for home use. You will require dumbbells and resistance bands to do the workouts at home. This is a general program suitable for all fitness levels and can be done at home or at the gym. This is not a customised program, if you'd like a personalised training program created for your fitness level and to suit your schedule please send me a message to chat through my different options.
