This program is designed for the girly who is willing to go all out for her glute growth for 6 weeks. There are 3 x lower body & 1 x upper body to be completed with INTENSITY, giving absolute MAX effort to those reps & sets. Program is suitable for those with knowledge around training, familiar with exercises and ability to train HARD in the gym. Exercises can be swapped if unable to use particular machines in your gym. This is a training only program.
This 8 week training block is great if you're after a BOOST to get back into the gym, ready to grow some juicy GLUTES, wanting structure with your training or simply just needing something FRESH. This program has 2 x upper body, 1 x cardio & 3 lower to hit all body parts. You will need to have gym access to complete this program. All exercises are able to adjusted to suit.
