We are deliberately small, we will be staffed throughout all opening hours and we will give you a workout plan through the trainerize app, with video demos, tracking features, rest timers and more, so you never feel lost. All members will also get personalised nutrition guidance, a MASSIVE bank of recipes, a barcode scanning feature and shopping list download as part of their membership! ALL in the trainerize app. The app also lets you track steps, sleep and more... you can use as much or as little as you need. The beginners cohort at our women’s gym is designed to break the ice, overcome the nerves and get you in the gym, feeling ultra supported. We’ve packed oodles of support into a great price to encourage women to get started in a way that works for them. You have unlimited access to the Micro-Gym so you can be as flexible as you like! (we're open 5:30am - 10pm and 7am-1pm) you just need to book a slot so we know you’re coming! When you're in the gym the one of our coaches will be there to guide you, as a beginner through your first day and beyond. You'll never be without the support of a coach. We've designed a complete programme that keeps you supported and able to enjoy the process, without the stress! Nutrition is included too, with great recipes and tracking should you want it!
