Base Program - This program is for monthly fitness programming for DEKA, HYROX, OCR, and/or Hybrid. All programming will be through Trainerize and you will have text access to your coach via the app. This program is written week by week based on your personal needs to achieve your goals. Add ons (Coaching Calls, Supplements, Nutrition Coaching) available upon request at an additional cost.
Base Program - Personalized Nutrition Program with comprehensive guide, macro adjustment and re-adjustments, pre/post-race specific nutrition, and monthly coaching calls. Available to all clients who are NOT enrolled in a training program with Underdog Fitness. Current clients see the "Nutrition Coaching Add-on" plan.
